-putting textboxes on the PNG format of ASI forms..
-task to print PDF format of sample forms in ingramesq.net
-edit the forms in photoshop by covering the name of the company..

Aug 21-23
-coding the forms.. we are applying text boxes and checkbobes on the seven forms

Aug 22-23

-we revise the positioning of overlap textboxes of ASI forms in Dreamweaver..then testing it in browser..

Aug 23-24

-start coding for the functionality of ASI forms in php.

-searched for sample codes on php regarding functionality...also continue editing and testing ASI forms in wamp server

Aug 24-25

-its Twin Day! also the last day of the OJT from La Salle...

-for the program, we performed a play and we sing the song "FAREWELL TO YOU MY FRIEND"

 everyone is realy laughing bacause of our play but the song causes the silence in the office
